Paul Vranas connects accredited investors and family offices with unique investment opportunities from akin, Alpine’s joint venture with Revesco Properties. akin focuses on developing multifamily and mixed-use properties in Colorado’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods.

A third-generation real estate investor, Paul brings 24 years of experience in real estate investing to Alpine. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investments from DePaul University where he graduated with honors.

Before joining Alpine, Paul spent 14 years in Salesforce software consulting, where he played key roles in sales, marketing, and leadership across four rapidly growing consulting firms.

Originally from Chicago, Paul and his wife relocated to Boulder Colorado in 2010. In 2016 they moved to Denver where they are now raising their two children. In his free time, Paul enjoys watching Broadway Musicals at the Denver Center for Performing Arts, reading non-fiction books, and cooking Greek cuisine.
