Company Leadership

Churchill Bunn
Churchill leads all investment and asset management activities for Alpine Investments, including deal sourcing and investor relations efforts. Churchill brings twelve years of experience in property acquisitions, ground-up development, asset management, and commercial brokerage. His capabilities include new business development and deal sourcing, market feasibility, financial analysis, site selection, negotiations, due diligence, entitlements, and project management.
Prior to forming Alpine Investments, Churchill led the development of 1.4 million square feet ($750M) of Class A office space as Senior Director of Development at Irvine Company, one of the nation’s largest private real estate companies. In total, during his time at Irvine Company, Churchill was involved in the development and redevelopment of over 4 million square feet of office and mixed-use. Previous experience includes two years as Real Estate Manager for the Southern California region at hotel developer/operator OTO Development, four years in commercial brokerage in North and South Carolina, and two years as an investment analyst in the multi-family and retail sectors.
Churchill received his MBA with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from North Carolina, he resides in Denver with his wife Alex and daughter, Collins, and enjoys the outdoors, travel, reading, spending time with family, and watching the Tar Heels.
David Pietsch III
David leads all day-to-day operations for Alpine Investments, including deal sourcing, investor relations, asset management, and property management. David brings ten years of experience in operations, title and escrow, asset management, acquisitions, and leasing. Prior to joining Alpine Investments, David was the VP of operations for Title Guaranty of Hawaii, the largest title and escrow firm in Hawaii. Previous experience includes 6 years as President of DTP Holdings, Inc. where he oversaw all day-to-day operations, development, acquisitions, and leasing of office and retail properties throughout Hawaii, California, Washington, and Oregon. David received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Prior to attending DU, David received a Bachelors of Arts in History from U.C.L.A. While at U.C.L.A., David was an All-American Water Polo player and a member of the 2004 NCAA National Championship Team. Originally from Hawaii, David now resides in Denver with his wife, Kristin, and three children. He loves to surf, snowboard, hike, and play water polo.

Josh DiSalle
Josh is a Director at Alpine Investments, and is involved in all investment and project related aspects of the firm. His primary responsibilities include valuation and feasibility assessment for new acquisitions, capital markets, deal sourcing, project management, due diligence and investor relations. Josh brings over eight years of institutional and middle market CRE experience. Prior to joining Alpine, Josh spent five years with HFF in San Francisco, a leading investment sales and debt placement firm. During his tenure, Josh successfully closed 38 transactions equating to over $2.0 billion in total volume. Previous experience includes Formations (now a CBRE Company), an investment advisory firm out of Boulder and UDR, a public multi-family housing REIT based in Denver.
Josh received his Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management and a Bachelor’s in Finance from The University of Denver, Daniel’s College of Business. Josh is an active participant in NAIOP and ULI, including founding member of NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group (SF chapter) and founder of NAIOP’s Behind the Scenes educational series.
A native to Colorado, Josh resides in Denver with his wife Sunny and enjoys skiing, golfing, wakeboarding, camping, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
