Alpine Investments purchased, modernized and converted the project, formerly a charter school, into a commercial office building consisting of 20,723 SF. Alpine Investments successfully leased the project to Nurture, a wellcare marketplace, in 2017, and sold the value-add project to Nuture in 2018.
