Kevin Cosgrove leads construction and project management efforts for select projects. His primary responsibilities include design and construction management, entitlement & utility coordination, and feasibility analysis and due diligence pre-acquisition.

Kevin has 8 years of ground-up construction management experience, from managing over $400MM of construction located throughout the Western US. Kevin brings a diverse background including management of multiple design-build robotics projects, student housing for University of Southern California, and a $100MM award-winning senior living complex located in Lakewood, CO. Prior to joining Alpine, Kevin has held construction and development management positions at Ryan Companies, Shaw Construction, and The Renaissance Companies.

Kevin graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Having moved to Colorado from Arizona, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, snowboarding, traveling, and reading.
