David leads all day-to-day operations for Alpine Investments, including deal sourcing, investor relations, asset management, and property management. David brings ten years of experience in operations, title and escrow, asset management, acquisitions, and leasing.

Prior to joining Alpine Investments, David was the VP of operations for Title Guaranty of Hawaii, the largest title and escrow firm in Hawaii. Previous experience includes 6 years as President of DTP Holdings, Inc. where he oversaw all day-to-day operations, development, acquisitions, and leasing of office and retail properties throughout Hawaii, California, Washington, and Oregon.

David received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Prior to attending DU, David received a Bachelors of Arts in History from U.C.L.A. While at U.C.L.A., David was an All-American Water Polo player and a member of the 2004 NCAA National Championship Team.

Originally from Hawaii, David now resides in Denver with his wife, Kristin, and three children. He loves to surf, snowboard, hike, and play water polo.
