Brooke Lilly is the Director of Asset Management and Investor Relations for Alpine Investments and is involved in all day-to-day operations of the company and its projects, including oversight of portfolio-wide amenities, programming, and building functions. Brooke is focused on creating a community-driven, high-touch experience for tenants, and strategically integrating each project into its individual neighborhood. Brooke brings over 14 years of experience in Class A development, asset management, and property operations.

Prior to joining Alpine, Brooke worked for Cruzan, a Southern California-based commercial real estate company focused on investment and development/redevelopment. In her role at Cruzan, Brooke provided property management services with support to the operations and asset management teams, while also assisting with various acquisition and disposition functions. During her tenure, Brooke actively contributed to the repositioning of assets with an emphasis on building services and amenities.

Originally from Evergreen, CO, Brooke spent fourteen years in San Diego, CA before joining Alpine. She now resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and daughter, but remains actively engaged with the Alpine team and its Denver-based projects. Brooke is a graduate of the University of San Diego, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and was a four-year member of USD’s NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer team.
