Alpine Investments also targets opportunities with a strong value proposition in other selective asset classes, including hotel and multifamily. We have strong network of partners and the expertise to identify the highest and best use for a property. AI will acquire 100% ownership interest in these assets as well as enter into joint ventures where additional expertise or capital is required. Investing selectively across product types will enable us and our investors to diversify risk and ensure viability throughout economic cycles.

Target Returns: 15% IRR, 1.7X Equity Multiple (contingent on investment type and hold period)
Product Types: Office, Hotel, and Residential
Capital Sources: High net worth individuals
Friends and family investors (minimum $100K)
