Chris Jedd

Director, Development

Chris Jedd leads development efforts for select projects of the firm. His primary responsibilities include feasibility analysis, financial underwriting, due diligence, and design and project management.

Chris has 15 years of development and construction management experience managing over $180MM of development and construction projects spanning from the Mid-Atlantic regions to the Mountain West. Prior to joining Alpine, Chris worked for the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (DHA) as a Senior Development Manager. He brings a diverse background including the development of mixed income developments, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) financing, historical restoration, master planning, and award-winning sustainability and renewable energy projects. Prior to working for DHA Chris worked for Erickson Living, a national senior living developer, where he focused on the planning and construction of senior living campuses in varies locations throughout the country.

Chris has a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and an ungraduated degree in Construction Management from Purdue University. He is LEED APBD+C certified and is a Certified Energy Manager.

A transplant from the suburbs of Chicago, Chris moved to Denver in 2004 and loves all Colorado has to offer. He enjoys spending time with his wife Meghan and two young children; as well as snowboarding, hiking, biking, and is trying to up his game at woodworking when time permits.
